Cheap & Chipped is a collection with refurbished, used, dirty or vintage furniture/build, with textures in two states (clean & dirty/used). It can be used to play bad landlord, low budget sims or rags to riches gameplay.
This set includes 37 items basegame compatible & low poly:
- Build: Parquet floor in clean/nicked and dirty state with separate plank boards hole as rugs. Tiles in 3 states as well with separate wall/floor broken tiles. Appartement doors with security lock.
- Comfort: Single & double bed with separate spring bedframe, wrinkled sofa, vintage chair
- Furniture: Vintage table (folded or open), upside down crate table
- Lighting: Glass vintage ceiling lamp
- Appliance: Portable top gas stove
- Plumbing: Sink, toilet and shower
- Decor: Calendar, electric cables and sheathing poking out the wall, ripped wallpaper, mirror, finished roll toilet paper, worn out rug
